18k yellow gold, 18k white gold, black rhodium, natural amethyst, and diamond pendant. This is a totally new design. It is 45 mm wide and the amethyst is over 6 carats. It contains .43 carat of high quality diamonds, and nearly one half ounce of 18k gold (14 grams). The 'tube' part of the pendant is 18k yellow gold and is coated on the back and edges with black rhodium, a relative of platinum. The bale (loop) is 18k white gold and set with 28 very nice (G Vs) diamonds. The bale extends through the tube and actually suspends the amethyst (floating) in the center of the tube.
